Principal's Message

Welcome to Deltona Lakes,

We are excited to begin the 2025-2026 school year!  Each year Deltona lakes continue to show improvement, we are beyond proud of our teachers and staff making huge improvements this past year and look forward to what the future will bring. We would like to continue to increase our proficiencies this year while increasing the joy and fun on our campus. We will continue to increase community involvement and the events on our campus. This year, we are striving for excellence and will ensure every child has goals to attain.

Each year will always have challenges with new people influencing your educational path, but we all work together to move forward. Every day it is great to be an Eagle! Our goal is that teachers, staff and students will work together to make this year a success; we can remain focused and dedicated to our craft each and every day.

Deltona Lakes loves the amount of community support that we have at our school, and we would like to continue to increase the number of possibilities. This year, we plan on continuing the fun and joy from last year, planning many events for your family to enjoy on our campus. This sense of community and joy on our campus, we hope, will be felt for years to come. We love finding the best way to balance learning with fun at Deltona Lakes.

This school year, our teachers will increase the number of opportunities for our students through clubs and small groups. Each lesson is designed to prepare your children for a bright future and help them connect learning to real life. We hope for another fabulous year at Deltona Lakes where we are learning to SOAR. 2025-2026 will be the best year yet. GOOOO EAGLES!!!
